People get confused at times on the rules for P3 and the rules for the Reset.

But when people want to combine the two, do you think a Steak Day or other correction day has its place?

If they are going to do another round, I always advise a steak day. The goal even when following the reset in P3 and P4 is to stabilize.

Good point. I wondered about the timing issue difference between the BAB and nothing to eat all day until the steak.

Yes it's definitely the opposite of what we do with the leptin reset. If someone wanted to maintain both, they could eat a huge BAB and nothing the rest of the day. I just think it's easier to do a real steak day.

I've had some success with IF'ing even though Dr. Kruse doesn't recommend it until you're LS. I have seen some signs of LS, but I do not think I'm fully there yet.

My best days have been when I eat salmon, some avocado & grilled onions for breakfast (with 3-4T of CO). The rest of the day, I drink only water and green tea. I eat enough for breakfast that I am not hungry.
